Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 7, 2026

Go SimplyFit LLC ("Go SimplyFit," "SimplyFit," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application (the "Challenger App"), our websites — including gosimplyfit.com and iamonehabitaway.com — our member community, our live programs and challenges, and related services (together, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Required information — first name and email address.
  • Optional information — last name and mobile phone number.
  • Account and program information — details you provide when you enroll in a membership, challenge, or program, including profile information and any goals, habits, or progress you choose to record.
  • Health and wellness information you volunteer — for example, information you share in a form, a coaching question, a community post, or a live session. You choose what to share, and none of it is required to use the Platform.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, text, or through our community, including support requests.
  • Community content — posts, comments, photos, and replies you submit in our member community.

We do not collect precise location data, and we do not automatically sync sensitive health metrics from your device. Anything health-related in your account is there because you entered it.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical and usage data — device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, along with aggregated app usage statistics used for performance and analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
  • Session activity on our websites — our analytics tools record how visitors interact with our pages, including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and navigation. See Section 5.
  • Email and message engagement — whether you opened an email or clicked a link in it.
  • Live session attendance — whether you attended a live or replay session, and for how long.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising and social platforms (such as Meta) may tell us that you clicked one of our ads or completed a registration, so we can measure whether our advertising works.
  • Our payment processor confirms whether a transaction succeeded, along with limited details such as the last four digits of a card and its expiration date.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide access to our educational and coaching content, challenges, and community.
  • To process your payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send you the program content, reminders, join links, and replays you signed up for.
  • To improve our app functionality, our pages, and the overall user experience.
  • To respond to customer support inquiries.
  • To communicate with you about updates, services, or promotions — you may opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising. See Section 6.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security issues.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

Providing a phone number is always optional, and we never text you unless you specifically ask us to. We use two separate opt-ins, so you can agree to one without the other.

  • Program and reminder messages — your join link and daily reminders for a challenge or event you registered for.
  • Promotional messages — occasional offers, new programs, and special content. This is a separate checkbox and is never bundled with the reminders above.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of promotional texts will not remove you from transactional messages about a purchase or a program you are actively enrolled in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging vendors that deliver our texts on our behalf.

4. Payments

When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, our authorized payment processor. Your payment details, such as credit card or banking information, are transmitted directly to Stripe over a secure connection.

Go SimplyFit does not store or have access to your full payment information on our servers. We retain only transaction records such as the amount, date, status, and the last four digits of the card.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Session Analytics

On our websites, we and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our pages, remember your preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and measure our advertising.

Session recording and heatmaps

We use website analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, that reconstruct how visitors interact with our pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and navigation between pages. These recordings help us find broken or confusing parts of a page. We configure these tools to mask text entered into form fields, and we do not use them to capture passwords or payment card numbers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may cause parts of the Platform to stop working.

6. Advertising

We advertise our programs on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To do this, our websites use advertising technologies including the Meta Pixel. These tools let us:

  • Measure whether an ad led to a registration or a purchase.
  • Show ads to people who have previously visited our pages or engaged with our content (commonly called retargeting).
  • Build audiences of people who resemble our existing customers.

These advertising platforms may set their own cookies and may combine what they learn on our sites with information they already hold about you, under their own privacy policies.

We do not do this inside the Challenger App. The mobile app does not use advertising trackers, and we do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

You can manage ad personalization in your account settings on the relevant platform, and you may be able to use industry opt-out tools such as those at optout.aboutads.info. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties without your explicit consent. We share information only as described below.

Other disclosures

  • Legal authorities — if required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
  • Payment disputes — when responding to a chargeback or dispute, we may provide the card network or bank with records showing your purchase and your use of the Platform.
  • Business successors — if Go SimplyFit undergoes a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
  • With your direction — when you ask us to share it.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations:

  • Account information is retained until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 24 months.
  • Transaction and billing records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls limiting who on our team can view your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access or update your account information.

  • Opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.

At this time, account deletion requests must be submitted via email. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents

If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do use advertising cookies on our websites as described in Section 6, which some laws treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out by contacting us or by using the controls described in that section. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Other U.S. states

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to appeal a denied request. Contact us and we will honor the rights available to you.

11. Children's Privacy

The Challenger App and Platform are designed for adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

12. Health and Wellness Information

Go SimplyFit is a faith-based health and wellness education program. It is not medical care, and nothing on the Platform is medical advice. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and we are not a "covered entity" under HIPAA. Information you share with us is therefore not protected health information under HIPAA.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and always consult your physician before making changes to your health routine.

13. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

14. International Use

Go SimplyFit LLC operates in the United States only. While the Platform may be accessible elsewhere, it is not intended for use outside the U.S., and all data processing occurs in the United States.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
