You’ll learn how to pick the right foods, about meal timing and frequency, common pitfalls, and so much more!

Why do diets have such low compliance?

It’s because you haven’t had the proper mindset shift.

You know your goal.. maybe it’s to lose weight or gain muscle. So you feel as though you HAVE to diet.

This section focuses on changing your motive for eating to fueling your body.

Once you’re empowered with knowledge and experienced a mindset shift, you’re ready to start your journey.

In this phase, you’ll implement what you’ve learned!

Dieting typically requires you to completely eliminate entire food groups like alcohol, deserts, or fried foods. 

You’ll be provided with the structure you need to reach your daily nutrition goals. How you chose to reach your goals is up to you!

If you would like to make healthy choices for the majority of the day and then enjoy that piece of chocolate cake at the end of it, do it girl!

While learning how to properly eat, you’ll track your consumption in MyFitnessPal. However, once you’ve gotten the hang of this, you’ll graduate to intuitive eating. This is where you’ll experience freedom from diets, counting calories … all of it!

The main difference is the All Access Pass program is subscription based and provides you with access to all SimplyFit Programs. The One Time Purchase option provides you with access to solely the program purchased.
