After your initial consultation, Faith Barbare will develop a workout program specific to your capabilities and goals. As you progress, your workouts progress. Faith is with you every step of the way to answer questions and provide encouragement. Faith will monitor your progress through weekly check-ins. In addition, each workout includes instructional videos for every exercise. Your workout plans can be designed for the gym or for your home, it’s up to you!
