How Does Online Personal Training Work?
First, we have new clients complete a detailed questionnaire. We then discuss everything in detail in an initial consultation. Afterwards, we build our clients' customized workouts in the SimplyFit App. We factor in your current physical ability and limitations, such as prior injuries. You don’t like a particular exercise? No problem! We can easily switch it around for a different exercise. However, this doesn’t mean you get to skip the pushups without a good reason!
How is the SimplyFit Online Personal Training Program Different?
There are a ton of online personal training programs on the internet, but what makes our program so special? We specialize in exercise programs for busy lifestyles. Therefore, we can design your workouts to be done at home, with minimal equipment, or at the gym. It’s important to create a plan of action that fits your schedule.
Furthermore, when it comes to fitness a “one size fits all” approach is not effective. Still, a lot of companies only offer generic cookie-cutter programs. We don’t believe this is a safe or effective approach to fitness. Every client receives their own training plans with customized workouts, catered to their needs and goals.
